I’m excited to lead a 2 hour strategy session today as part of their YTT teacher training.

“Mindful Business Strategy for Yoga Instructors” is a session designed to help new teachers bridge the gap between teaching and sustaining a healthy business.

As both a yoga instructor and a creative strategist, I’ve seen how often teachers struggle with the “business” side of their calling. This workshop brings those worlds together, showing how to grow a yoga career rooted in intention and authenticity rather than hustle or burnout.
