At Rise Community Development, we’re grateful for the partnerships that made this year extraordinary. Together, we strengthened communities and created opportunities across the St. Louis region.
2025 Highlights:
✅ $26.2M Marquette Homes: 52 new affordable homes in South STL
✅ 38 homes opened in East St. Louis
✅ Historic home restored in Vandeventer
✅ Tornado relief support for North STL
✅ Neighborhood planning initiatives launched
✅ Annual fundraiser + preservation award for Edison Ave Art Lofts
✅ Continued renovations in Old North & FPSE
