As advocates for older adults, we know that dignity, respect, and the ability to live with independence are rights that must be protected for everyone. Juneteenth reminds us of the importance of continuing the work toward a more equitable future.

We honor this day by reflecting on our shared history and recommitting ourselves to advocacy that ensures every person’s voice is heard and valued.
