Orientation & Mobility training helps eliminate barriers for people of all ages living with blindness and low vision. Tragically, less than 5% of people who could benefit from vision rehabilitation services actually receive them – Vision Rehabilitation Week seeks to change that.
Agencies located across the US provide incredible support – including orientation & mobility training, mobility tools, and technology that enhances safety and independence. Tremendous outreach and follow-up throughout the field after last week's VisionServe Alliance and Envision conference. Connections made at this annual event support attendees far beyond the conference, helping inform their leadership, practices, direct services, and the life-changing training and support provided to the people they serve with vision loss.
With almost 400 attendees joining us - it's an incredible ripple effect that helps leaders thrive and advances the field. Thank you to everyone who joined us in Columbus. If you couldn't join us this year, please join us next year!
