We’re excited to announce that we’re back in the studio this August, and we can’t wait to dance and sweat with you all! Join us every **Wednesday at 6:30 PM** for an energizing session that will uplift your spirit and strengthen your body. 💃🏾💪🏾

As a special highlight, we will be selecting 3 members to perform at the **Annual Festival of Nations!** Sunday, Aug 23 at 11:00 am. This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your talent and passion on a grand stage.

Let’s rally together and aim for **10 members to sign up**! This is a fantastic opportunity to get into something GOOD and reconnect with our amazing community.
