Our final site hosting AmeriCorps Summer Associate VISTAs is DeSales Community Development
DeSales Community Development is seeking a Summer Associate to strengthen its Community Services Coordination program by supporting the Redbird Rookies youth baseball league and enhancing Resident Resource Night & Community Meals, both of which promote public health and connect affordable‑housing residents to essential services.
The Summer Associate VISTA will provide support with communication, event support, coaching as needed, and program evaluation—ultimately helping deliver health‑focused programming that benefits 200 youth and 50 households living at or below 60% of the area median income.
