Since 1983, PayBack has worked with Family Courts in the St. Louis metro to cut juvenile crime.
PayBack uses donations to fund non-profit jobs for young first-time offenders. The money they earn is used to pay back their victims.
The juveniles learn lessons in personal responsibility. The victims get restitution. And 80% of the under-18's who go through the PayBack program never re-offend.
