We are currently looking for Team Leaders/Independent Business Owners (IBO) to expand our operations in Lincoln. As a member of the C4 Connections / Windstream team you will be introducing services to residential customers and building teams in markets that Windstream services.

As a Team Leader/IBO , you will be responsible for:

• Recruiting, training and maintaining a productive direct sales team.

• Becoming a product and technical expert on the product suite.

• Recognizing, rewarding and motivating staff.

• Ensuring retention of sales teams.

• Complying with all ethical policies and procedures while conducting company business.

Successful candidates should demonstrate the following:

• 1+ years direct sales experience, preferably sales management experience.

• An aptitude to recruit, train and lead a sales team.
