Call me a switch hitter! When it comes to real estate, I bat on both sides of the plate working in both residential and commercial going on 13 years now. From 300 plus unit apartment complexes to the roof over your head, I've got you covered.

Don't trust the national media, they're an entertainment industry now. What happens in other markets doesn't always effect the land or pork steaks and mostaccioli. The residential market in the midwest has been hot and steady much like the multifamily industry. Remember that real estate is always a long term game and seeing the forest through the trees is the secret to any long term business success. The only thing I wanted for Father's Day was to play golf on Mother's Day, but I guess there's always next year 😁. Being a Dad is the coolest endeavor I have ever embarked on and I'm lucky to do it with .j.koppy who appreciates... and or tolerates my humor more than anyone else!

Happy Father's Day to all the good dad's out there, especially my own for providing me with a great childhood and foundational skills to be the man I am today. Here's my take on fathering real estate development.
