SUBCONTRACTORS NEEDED

- Develop partnerships with skilled tradesman to build and renovate homes.

- Carpentry (exterior/interior), Concrete & Home Improvement Subcontractors needed for long term, consistent work flow.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This key position is responsible for making our customer’s project come to life and to ensure all products are installed accurately, in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of our valued customers. This position is responsible for all site preparation work as well as installation of all product lines in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Carpenter crews may be specialized for carpentry work (foundation work/decks) and installation.

JOB KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three to five years’ experience in general construction, preferably in a remodeling capacity; knowledge of window/door installation; experience with outdoor building carpentry, reading blueprints, etc. Must be able to use various hand/power tools and have a working knowledge of carpentry, siding and roofing. Candidate must also possess solid customer service skills.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Drives to scheduled job sites; accurately performs required measurements and technical breakouts based on scope of each individual project. Takes photos of pertinent areas relating to the job and notes any issues, problems or defects found that would impact the progress of the job.
Installs all products with accuracy and quality workmanship.
Completes basic carpentry duties such as, the build out, attachment of dormers, removal of fascia, attachment of standard fascia, forming and installation of gutters, etc. May be responsible for tear down and removal of old rooms.
Upon completion of the job double checks all work to ensure quality and cleans the job site thoroughly.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, lift, climb, and bend. The employee must frequently lift and/or move 50 – 100 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT USED

General construction equipment and power tools

MUST HAVE OWN TRUCK, TOOLS & EQUIPMENT, LABOR TEAM AND APPLICABLE INSURANCES AS REQUIRED

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday
