As a part of my recovery process in dealing with my depression and anxiety issues, I have decided to begin brewing beer as both an exercise in mindfulness, but also for the social aspects of brewing.

Home I've been homebrewing for about 7 years now, with probably hundreds of batches under my belt. I love it for the craft, for the vision of "Can I make a beer that does ... that?" and seeing how it comes out.
