A few weeks before her appointment, Gail stopped in, Whitney was busy so she had her consultation with Lindsay. Gail knew exactly what she wanted: an old-school microphone, a green carnation, and the quote “I did it my way.” She paid her deposit and headed out.

The night before the appointment, Whitney sat down to draw. With zero context, she made two versions — one with a single carnation and one with three — not knowing what Gail had in mind.

When Gail arrived, she was speechless. The design was even better than she imagined… and the three carnations? They hit her heart instantly. This tattoo was meant to honor three very special people in her life.

Isn’t it wild how things line up? Whitney had no clue about Gail’s story, yet the dots connected so perfectly.
