SkillUP is Missouri’s employment and training program for SNAP recipients. This program is funded 50% at $$86,381.00 with federal funds received from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Service, and 0% at $0 with federal funds received from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, through the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) block grant. These funds are provided by the Missouri Department of Social Services.
