However, it is possible that the client may owe more or less than the bid. I am involved in every project as either or both designer and project manager. I match trusted, skilled, and experienced professionals to the specifics of the client's project. I communicate between all parties, keep everyone on the same page, coordinate schedules, and make things as seamless as possible for clients. I can guide clients in choosing finishes, colors, patterns, and textures in materials for their projects as well as selecting furniture and decor pieces to tie everything together.
