She has led statewide initiatives, restructured multimillion-dollar budgets, and built equity-centered infrastructure that empowers organizations to thrive. Notably, Krysta:

✔️ Restructured a $3.5M nonprofit budget, increasing staff salaries by 10% and saving $100K in one year.
✔️ Led the statewide rollout of Missouri’s Early Learning Landscape tool and Resource & Referral Line, impacting thousands of children, families, and childcare providers.
