June means summer is officially here. Or at least as officially as it gets in St. Louis, where we’ve been sweating through 80-degree days since May anyway.

To celebrate, we’re sharing one of our favorite warm-weather drinks: sweet pineapple, a little jalapeño heat, and an optional tequila floater if you’re feeling it.
