Cherry Blossom Ice Cream with Matcha Wafers 🌸

Last year around this time, I was in Japan. This year, cherry blossom ice cream will have to do!

I used the trusty Salt & Straw Ice Cream base along with preserved blossoms and Sakura powder to capture the cherry blossom flavor. The matcha cream wafers were dipped in matcha white chocolate to help maintain the crunch and balance the sweetness.
