A few years ago I had scary heart palpitations. I’m anxious by nature, but these heart palpitations really ramped up my anxiety. Which ramped up my palpitations. Vicious cycle. I saw a cardiologist and had every test done, including a 2 hour heart MRI. 😱 He said, “You’re anxious. I’m prescribing you regular exercise. At least 5 days a week, 30 minutes a day at double resting heart rate. It’s the MOST effective medicine.” I kind of didn’t believe him - but it 100% worked. Get moving — your heart needs it!
