No need to overpack your hospital bag, mamas. Here are a few essentials that hospitals don’t always provide for you, though!
▫️ A sleep mask to help cover up all the lights in your hospital room/outside the room
▫️ A pair of headphones to block out those obnoxious hospital beeps and other noises
▫️ An extension cord because sometimes the plug locations are just very inconvenient for phone chargers
▫️ Your own pillows... hospital pillows are garbage!!!
▫️ Flip flops to walk in the halls and for the shower if you’re a freak like me!
▫️ Your favorite snacks, unless you love saltines and graham crackers and over priced hospital cafeteria snacks
▫️ Heating pad for those postpartum cramps
