In 2023, I’m teaching a yoga and storytelling workshop, 4-week series in February and March. As a teaser, I’ll teach an introduction workshop on Saturday, January 21 from 9am-12pm .spaces. No experience necessary in yoga or storytelling, but come with a desire to understand the stories our bodies hold. DM me for more details.

Day 9: Belfast, souvenir shopping, and then a visit to Dark Hedges. We haven’t watched Game of Thrones, but I can understand why they used this location.

Day 7: Carrick-a-rede rope bridge, built and first used by salmon fisherman in 1755, it’s no longer a fishing site, but the National Trust maintains the bridge. Then on to Giant’s Causeway, a geological wonder that seems unbelievable. This place calls me to sit and listen, which I did for a long while, watching the sea slam into the rocks.
