Celebrate 11 years in our historic, botanical-heights location with a memorable, high-end 6-course meal carefully curated by proprietor and Chef Ben Poremba. Touching on the best of what is in season and timeless classics from the Elaia repertoire. For an additional charge, be sure to add an exquisite wine pairing from wine director, sommelier, and Italian winemaker Luciano Racca. Send off 2023 with a unique experience before the 3-time James Beard Semifinalist, Elaia’s last day of service on 12/30/2023. Relocating with much anticipation to the Delmar Maker’s District Summer of 2024.
