Thank you to .and.meadow Herbal Shop for guiding, providing and sharing your wisdom with us today! Today we gathered from their rich display of herbs to be featured at the Renew and Refresh Wellness Retreat on May 21.
At the retreat, you will have an opportunity to connect with each herb and create your own tea blend to bring home and help with the integration and embodiment of your retreat experience!
We will also be incorporating their hand crafted Hug Your Heart Tea blend for our Heart Navigation sessions. The intention is to gently support the physical and emotional heart energy while we navigate and connect to the power of your own Heart space.
