3) 10 Power cleans

Wednesday
1) 20 Thrusters
2) 20 SDHP
3) 20 Push Jerks
4) 20 OHS
5) 20 Front Squats

Friday
30 clean and jerk or do track workout

track workout would be:

1) 100
2) 200
3) 200
4) 400
5) 400
6) 400
7) 200
8) 200
9) 100
