Courage isn’t some heroic feeling. It’s not confidence. It’s not certainty. Most of the time, courage feels like your stomach twisting, your hands shaking, and your mind trying to talk you out of the very thing you know you need to do. Courage is stepping into something when you have no clue how it’s going to end. A new job, a new path, a new life. It’s looking at the unknown and moving anyway.
People look at fighters like they’re built different and maybe they are. Not because of muscles or aggression, but because fighters do something most people run from: they willingly walk into a situation where another person is trying to break them. Average people admire that because deep down, they wish they had that kind of fire. That kind of discipline. That kind of courage to stand across from someone, clash wills, and find out who walks out standing.
Fighting isn’t for everyone but courage is. It doesn’t matter if you’re a man or a woman, young or old. None of that matters. What matters is whether you step up when it’s your turn. Whether you face the thing in front of you, even when your whole body is screaming for comfort and safety. Courage is dirty. It’s uncomfortable. It’s you versus you before it’s ever you versus the world.
And the truth is, most people never make that choice. They talk about dreams, about change, about wanting more but when it comes time to act, they freeze. Courage is the line that separates the people who stay stuck from the people who build something out of their lives.
You don’t need a guarantee. You don’t need permission. You don’t need to know how it ends. You just need to step forward.
God sees the moments no one else does the hesitation, the fear, the silent battles. He sees when you choose to move anyway. And that choice, that split-second decision to face the unknown instead of running from it…
That’s courage. Be courageous my friends. 🫵🦁

Lately, I’ve realized the hardest fights don’t happen in a cage they happen in real life. When the bills stack up, the pressure hits from every side, and you’re just trying to hold it all together. When you’re doing your best and still feel like you’re falling behind. That’s when most people give up, not because they’re weak, but because life hits harder than any opponent ever could.
But that’s when you find out who you really are. You either fold or you fight back. I’ve got a family depending on me. A wife who believes in me and a son who’s watching how I handle the hard days. That’s what keeps me standing when I want to fall. I have to be the example, not through words, but through how I fight when life gets heavy.
Progress doesn’t always feel good. Sometimes it’s lonely, painful, and ugly. But every time I push through. When money’s tight, sleep is short, and doubt creeps in. I get sharper, like a blade grinding against sandstone. The pressure hurts, but it shapes me. I know progress doesn’t always look like winning. Sometimes it’s just refusing to quit when everything tells you to stop. That’s real strength.
And through it all, I know God’s watching. He hears the prayers, the struggle, and the silence. It’s not easy, but I trust it’ll all work out. 🙄👆🤲
