Hey there,
We will have breakfast cooked by The Micheal Chavez donated by Debi Ladd & Pojo Coffee ready for everyone at 8:30am.
We will also have AV Ranch for Lunch, and briskets donated by Starla Karlis, ready by 11:30-12.
We will also have snacks and waters donated by R&C Custom Homes.
There will also be bathrooms for use donated by Aspen Site Rentals.

We are incredibly grateful and honestly in awe of the outpouring of support from everyone who has reached out and offered to help with cleanup.

We haven’t had the chance to fully begin cleanup at the venue or the houses just yet, but for those continuing to ask how they can help—we would truly appreciate it. We will be starting cleanup this Saturday at 9:00 AM.

There is a significant amount of debris and many broken trees, so any help is welcome—but please don’t feel obligated. Even just showing up for a little while means more than you know.

We will have breakfast burritos in the morning and hot dogs for lunch for anyone who comes out to lend a hand.

We are so thankful for this community and the love and support you continue to pour out. It does not go unnoticed. ❤️

90% of the help would be picking up foam that blew all over the 150 acres. We want to try to bring the beauty back to the land. We’re gonna have something like an Easter egg hunt. All of the deer and elk have lost their horns this time of year just in the last month they’re laying all over the woods, anybody that finds horns gets to keep them. The other 10% of help that I need would require some hand work clearing the “walking trails” on the property. We have several skilled steers coming out just could use some chainsaws and only a few.  we literally have foam at the front gate, which is over a quarter of a mile from the venue so it’s scattered it would just be wandering woods looking for foam and maybe finding you some deer horns.
