We often use the “test drive” analogy meaning we allow you to test drive the “car”(employee) before “buying”(hiring) them. This allows you to accurately gauge the employee before going through the costly and tiring process of hiring someone. Furthermore, we provide the necessary Workman’s Compensation, safety training, Personal Protection Equipment, and job requirements/expectations for all of our employees prior to them being dispatched from our office.
