Chesterfield Lofts

We are currently hiring for a part-time maintenance technician to complete routine maintenance and turnovers. Candidates should have a basic elevator, painting, plumbing, and electrical knowledge. In addition, light HVAC work may be necessary.

Workday:
- 20 hours a week
- Hours are flexible (mornings or afternoons)
- Choice of 3 days a week or 5 days a week
- NO pool & NO landscaping duties

You must:
- Keep Chesterfield Lofts looking great
- Maintain company policies and procedures
- Be clean, reliable, and well organized
- Able to provide tenants with a smile & good service
