A junior right now, Brody is putting in the work and getting the results! Also, up almost ten pounds in bodyweight since end of November, and you know it's straight muscle!

Thank you all for your patience as we get our drinking fountain/bottle filler installed! We got our best crew working on it I promise 😄 Special thanks to Jimmy Baughman and Good Life plumbing for tackling this one, even though I think my crew could have handled it 😀And no need to worry, the drinking fountain will not be installed in the restroom. Always make sure to start conservatively, work on technique, and incrementally increase the loads to improve strength. Never load up and ego lift. It will not produce the desired results....
