Oregon Summer EBT returns with $120 per child for groceries The Oregon Summer Electronic Benefits program is returning in 2026 to help families buy groceries for school-aged children during summer break when they don't have easy access to healthy meals.

We give our bodies breaks by doing things like stretching, looking away from screens, and taking naps. Our bodies need these breaks and rest to function as well as they can.
