I can now share that I'm bringing Trap Cardio to MassMutual employees! My 1st class was yesterday & I met 20 new cousins! We had so much fun. If you are an employee at MassMutual look for the class on the Fitness Center website.

🩷 There will be around 400,000 cases of breast cancer in 2026 in the United States, which is about 1 in 8 women

🩷 Early detection saves lives. The breast cancer death rate has dropped by 44% since 1989 due to routine screening, early detection, & better treatment

🩷 Women at average risk should begin regular mammograms by age 40 or 45. Higher risk individuals would typically begin at age 30

Join me Monday, October 19th at 7pm for The Pink Out! We're raising awareness about breast cancer & celebrating survivors.

Half the proceeds from this class will be donated to the American Cancer Society. Spread the word & bring a friend or two!
