FLEX
FLEX incorporates high-intensity interval training (HIIT), boot camp, circuit, tabata, and body weight CrossFit training. The class exercises use weights and muscle confusion to keep muscles primed and guessing. All classes have modifications available depending on the individuals’ levels of ability.
