Your role at PFH:
As a Behavior Analyst, you are responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring of behavioral supports service delivery. You will:

Service Responsibilities:
- Conducts various descriptive and systematic behavioral and skill based assessments of problematic behavior through Functional Behavior Assessments.
- Prepares Behavior Support Plans based on behavior analytic interpretation of results of assessments and designs comprehensive ABA treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and behavior analytic research literature.
- Provides training and supervision of the implementation of Behavior Support Plans to all responsible parties tasked with implementation of behavior analytic interventions.

Documentation Responsibilities
- Completion of behavioral assessments resulting in written assessment and accompanying behavior support plan.
- Collects, records, and summarizes data based on observable client behavior.
- Assists in maintaining up-to-date graphs, summarizing and calculating data utilizing technological programs.
- Other Responsibilities

Attend and actively participate in supervision sessions with the Director of ABA Services.
