Mr. Largent is a nationally recognized expert in FQHC/CHC policy, including FQHC/CHC financing, project development and expansion. He has extensive relationships within the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), the federal agency that administers the federal health center program, the National Association of Community Health Centers and with state and regional primary care associations. Philippe has a working knowledge of federal and state FQHC/CHC policy and was instrumental in crafting much of that policy during his career at the Illinois Primary Health Care Association.
