Each role brought new opportunities to learn, solve complex problems, and adapt to ever-changing technology, keeping the work engaging and rewarding. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working with many talented colleagues who became more than just teammates — trusted friends and sources of support and inspiration.

Looking back, it’s the combination of personal and professional growth, resilience, shared successes, and the friendships built along the way that truly define these two decades."

Join us in celebrating Jason on his 15th workiversary at FPI.

In honor of his anniversary, we asked how his role has evolved since he first started and what he has learned along the way. He shared:
“I started at FPI as an SE1 on the Northwest Loan Accounting Conversion, fresh out of college. Since then, I’ve grown from an SE to an Architect, and now manage FPI’s Product Development team working with AI and emerging technologies.

Along the way, I’ve learned the importance of letting experts be experts and being comfortable saying, ‘I don’t know,’ so you can learn and grow.”
