The business in the Robertson Building have and continue to host Psychic Fairs, Ghost Hunts, Seances, Reiki Healers, just to name a few. The Robertson Building is an old manufacturing plant that that used to make metal advertising signs such as Coca-Cola.The building was built in the 1880's and had an office addition added on in 1911. It is over 80,000 square feet and 7 stories tall.

Robertson demoliton could bring Ohio Valley hospital expansion The Robertson building in downtown Springfield is being demolished this week by Ohio Valley Surgical Hospital, which may announce expansion plans soon
