🏡🎉 Final Day in Manassas!

We’ve officially reached the last home in this 6-home neighborhood project, and it’s been incredible watching the entire community come together with a fresh, consistent upgrade.

For this final house, we installed a full CertainTeed Integrity Roof System using Landmark Pro shingles in Max Def Colonial Slate. Just like the rest of the neighborhood, this home keeps the same color choice, giving the entire street a clean, unified, and upgraded look from end to end.

From the first home to the last, every roof in this project shares the same Colonial Slate finish — and seeing them all together really shows the impact of consistency and quality craftsmanship.

🏡✨ Day 5 in Manassas and almost at the finish line!

Home number 5 of this 6-home neighborhood project is now complete, and it’s been exciting to see the entire community coming together with a fresh new look.

For this home, we installed a brand-new roof using CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in Max Def Colonial Slate. One of the coolest parts of this project is that all 6 homeowners chose the same shingle color, creating a clean and coordinated look throughout the neighborhood. It’s not often you get to see an entire section of homes updated with the same style, and the result has been impressive.

Seeing each house completed one after another has really shown how much of a difference a new roof can make, especially when the whole neighborhood shares the same updated look. We’re proud to be part of a project that’s bringing both protection and curb appeal to these homes.

Day 3 in Manassas 🏡🔨
House 3 of 6 is officially complete and the neighborhood transformation keeps growing.

For this home, we continued with CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in the color Max Def Colonial Slate, keeping the project consistent while giving the home a clean, updated appearance with long-lasting protection.

Along with the new roofing system, we also completed several additional exterior upgrades to improve both function and curb appeal, including:
✔️ Attic fan removal
✔️ Satellite dish removal
✔️ Full gutter replacement

Removing outdated roof components helps create a cleaner roofline while reducing unnecessary penetrations, and the new gutter system will help direct water properly away from the home for better long-term protection.

Every home in this neighborhood project has been getting the attention to detail it deserves, and we’re excited to keep the momentum going.
