"Happy Winter Solstice! Today marks the shortest amount of daylight hours for us! Today, we get 5:27:48 of daylight in southcentral and tomorrow we begin to gain daylight until the summer solstice! Last year, when this image was taken, I was fortunate enough to capture the winter solstice sunrise and although the colors were brief, being at the right place at the right time was amazing!
