Our Electric Department crews completed pole-top and bucket rescue training this week — a vital skill every lineman must master.

In this drill, 3rd-year apprentice Thayer Justice practices rescuing a coworker from a utility pole. These scenarios prepare our team to respond fast and safely if an emergency happens at height.
