Legacy Taekwondo

Last Tuesday Legacy TKD promoted several students who have worked extremely hard this summer.
Noah to yellow belt

LTKD is carrying on as usual with strong classes on the dojang floor at Dan Kinney Center. Kicks, strikes, blocks, stances, crunches, pushups, cardio, and agility are great ways to reduce stress while boosting immunity. We focus on patterns and power building bag work as well. TAEKWON!
