Every 3 years, Springfield Partners for Community Action completes a community needs assessment for our service area as well as an evaluation of our operations. The community assessment helps us understand the evolving needs of the community and in turn aids us in determining programmatic needs.

Today we celebrated Black History Month with our 2nd Annual Taste of Culture event! The community came together, enjoyed foods from African American culture, and several performances by our community!

Shoutout to the MLKCS Step Team, Mayani Hamilton, and India Anderson + Company for their performances and participation!

Tools For Success Counseling Services LLC, is hosting a Youth Wellness Summit on February 17, 2026, from 10a.m. to 3 p.m. This event aims to increase awareness about the prevalence of mental health conditions among adolescents ages 14-19, reduce the stigma that prevents those in need from seeking care, improve the well-being of participants by teaching healthy coping skills to promote resilience and cultural understanding, and create a safe and inspiring space for young people to connect, learn, and prioritize their mental health. The location is TBD.
