It is a partnership of many resources: Springfield Clark CTC, Springfield Regional Medical Center, Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities, United Rehabilitation Services, and Clark County Department of Disabilities. All of these resources are used to integrate, into a set of rotations, a 9-month internship where interns are mentored by department managers.

The interns had a blast today at the OOD Job Fair at Wright State. They practiced their elevator pitch at the OOD truck and then used it as they introduced themselves to potential employers.
We then stopped for additional career exploration at the new Buc-ee’s in Huber Heights! A good time was had by all!

It’s job fair time, which means the program year is getting close to the end!
Interns practiced introducing themselves and passed out their resumes at yesterday’s Clark County Job Fair. They did a great job and had a little fun in the process!!
