Welcome to Quinn Lofts!

As neighbors, we value our building’s micro-community, and this appreciation extends to local businesses and the layers of the extended community that comprise downtown Springfield. We are within walking distance of great eateries, amazing coffee, a branch of the library, and performance art venues.

You will find MSU’s Robert & Margaret Carolla Arts Exhibition Center on our ground floor. Its constant rotation of art exhibits is fascinating.

Governing Body
We are guided by a Condo Association which upholds community expectations such as but not limited to:
- Quiet hours from 10:00 pm through 6:30 am
- Short-term rentals are only permitted with board approval and unanimous consent from all voting members
- Collection of monthly dues
- Estimates for building-wide maintenance, for which residential units pay an equal portion

Parking
Parking is not provided. A parking pass will need to be acquired from the city to prevent receiving tickets with fines.
