Soups:
Chunky tomato and roasted red pepper (gf, vegan)
Summer cod chowder – a lighter version of chowder, this is made with milk instead of cream and features fresh summer flavors of corn, potatoes, serrano chiles, lemon and herbs (gf)
Salad:
Mixed greens salad with grilled peaches, goat cheese, toasted pecans and champagne vinaigrette (vegetarian, gf)
*With the option to add grilled chicken and grilled salmon.
Bread:

Pesto chicken breast over orzo pasta tossed with sun dried tomatoes, onions and spinach

We are back in the kitchen and ready to cook for you all again. Who else has missed this delicious focaccia over the past few weeks - the fresh herbs, sea salt and garlic butter...so good.

Cream of mushroom (vegetarian, gf)
Brothy vegetable beef (gf, df)
Salad:
Mixed greens salad with smoked cheddar, cherry tomatoes, red onion and creamy chive dressing (vegetarian/gf)
*with the option to add grilled salmon or grilled chicken*
Bread:

Entrees:
Mediterranean salmon with tzatziki sauce, basmati rice and chopped cucumber, tomato and onion (gf)
Chile Colorado – Doug’s favorite meal to cook, this is a Mexican style beef stew in a red chile sauce served with rice, grilled vegetables and a side of sour cream and flour tortillas. This dish is medium (plus) spiced and has incredible flavor. It is gluten free without the tortillas.
Marinated grilled chicken breast with summer vegetables over angel hair pasta, topped with a rustic marinara sauce.
Desserts:
Peach upside-down cake (vegetarian)
Brown butter chocolate chip cookies with a sprinkle of sea salt

Chile colorado - Mexican style beef stew in a red chile sauce with rice, grilled vegetables and a side of sour cream and flour tortillas. This dish is medium (plus) spiced and has incredible flavor. It goes beautifully with grilled vegetables. (gf without the tortillas)
Salmon with lemon dill cream sauce, dauphinoise potatoes and a side of vegetables (gf)
Chicken and noodles - a traditional, home style meal made with chunks of dark meat, egg noodles, celery, carrots, onions and a gravy style sauce. Served with a side of vegetables.
