Today, we're recognizing Lucas Etcheson for his outstanding commitment to working safely under challenging conditions while supporting one of our top customers.

Faced with extreme heat, hornets, chiggers, and work more than 50 feet above the ground near a 150-foot cliff, Lucas approached every task with professionalism, focus, and an unwavering commitment to safety. After completing the installation of a critical camera for plant operations, he safely navigated specialized equipment through a winding public roadway, demonstrating the same level of care and attention from start to finish.

Lucas consistently leads by example, and we're proud to recognize his calm, safety-first approach and dedication to protecting both himself and those around him.
