WSCA was founded in 1961 by residents of the West Springfield, Westview Hills, and Keene Mill Manor subdivisions. If you are interested in joining the neighborhood community watch, the West Springfield District Station will be giving a presentation on the Neighborhood Watch and ways to improve safety in your community on July 14th at 6:30 pm at the West Springfield District Station.
