Springfield PC PROS is looking to add a FULL-TIME Computer Repair Technician to our growing team of PRO's. This is primarily an in-house position (w/ occasional on-site work) working directly with our customers as they pickup and drop off computers for repair and/or service.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on Laptops, Desktops, and Gaming Computers to identify issues and parts needed for repairs.
• Perform removal and replacement of various Computer/Laptop hardware including; Motherboards, hard drives, keyboards, touchpads, screens, fans, hinges, and everything in-between.
• Install and configure a wide array of computer software and various related configurations including BIOS tweaks, Drivers, and Minor Overclocking.
• Research and order replacement parts for laptops, desktops, and gaming PC's as needed.
• Provide on-site technical support to clients as needed.
• and many other various minor responsibilities.
