For years, Illinois REALTORS® have been showing up, speaking out, and pushing for solutions to one of the biggest challenges facing communities across our state: the housing supply crisis.

For Illinois REALTORS® CEO Jeff Baker, the urgency behind this work has been clear. At this year's REALTORS® Day in April, Baker stated:

“This legislative session, we mark the culmination of years of REALTOR® advocacy…”

That work has taken time, focus, and a clear vision for what housing in Illinois can become. The BUILD Plan reflects that effort, bringing together practical solutions to help cut red tape, support new housing opportunities, and open more doors across the state.

Because when REALTORS® show up together, we do more than talk about change.

We help make it possible.
