That buzzing sound out on the deck or porch may be the voracious “wood boring bee.” It will destroy your wood furniture as well as your deck. This one was deep inside the slate on the chair and it took some digging to get him out. Telltale signs were the buzzing, the hole and the sawdust.

The first two photos are of the left/right sides of a massive wall that extended out over the bank of cabinets/stove. It includes a serious venting system. Then The Handyman Company came in and did their magic. Then Dakota Cabinets came in and did theirs. Great concept, great teamwork, great finished project.

Check under the sink occasionally for small leaks. They turn into big leaks and that turns into rusted pipes and then that turns into so many other problems that it'd be a whole lot easier (and cheaper) to just check under the sink occasionally for small leaks.
