Beyond metabolism, berberine also supports overall health in ways most people don’t expect. It has been shown to help lower LDL cholesterol and triglycerides, while potentially improving HDL levels. These markers play a big role in long-term health, especially for people under stress, training hard, or not recovering well.
Berberine also has antimicrobial properties that can support gut health by reducing harmful bacteria and improving digestion. When it comes to using it, a common approach is 500mg, 2–3 times per day before meals, especially meals with carbohydrates, often cycled for 8–12 weeks. We dig kettlebells so much we decided to put one in our logo!
If you’ve spent any time at Resilience Gym, you already know kettlebells are kind of our thing. They’re simple, effective, and get the job done — just like the way we train. So when it came time to update our look, it only made sense to include something that represents the heart of what we do every day.
Our new logo is a fun nod to the tools we use and the work we put in, but it also reflects the mindset behind Resilience — showing up, staying consistent, and getting stronger over time. Same gym, same community, same mission… just a fresh new look we’re excited to share with all of you.
