Equipment purchased by Priority Agencies may not be subsequently disposed of except to sell or transfer the equipment to another Illinois Priority Agency; as a trade-in on like equipment, subject to the same procedures on trade-in with which State agencies must comply; or with the written permission of the Administrator. Permission will be granted if the equipment becomes unusable, unsafe, or obsolete.
